Resident's Notice to Vacate
We understand that sometimes things happen and a valued resident may choose to make a life change. Please fill out the Notice to Vacate below after reading the terms and conditions.
- Your lease must be expired or expiring on or before the date you intend to move out.
- You must give a full 30 days’ notice.
- You must pay the full rent through the 30 days of the notice. You are also responsible for the rent for any days you stay in the apartment beyond your stated move out date.
- Be sure to turn in your apartment keys on the day you move out. You are charged for rent through this day.
- Be sure to provide a forwarding address for the return of your deposit
- Be sure to clean the apartment and remove all trash or debris. Your account will be reasonably charged if you do not clean the apartment or leave any damages or trash.
